Training
Bichapoo / Poochons are intelligent dogs that generally respond very well to training. They inherit eagerness to please from both parent breeds, making them quick learners who love to perform tricks. Early socialization and consistent, positive reinforcement work best. Like their Bichon parent, they can sometimes be a bit stubborn during house training, so patience and crate training from a young age are recommended.
Temperament
The Bichapoo / Poochon has an extremely appealing disposition. They are playful but not overly hyperactive. They are very social and love being part of a family.
